Eligibility The ISIC card is strictly reserved for the people below: All students, high school students, college students or people in full-time training can buy the ISIC card (according to the definition of the "Ministers of Education of the European UNESCO member states at their meeting in Vienna in November 1967"). According to these texts, full-time student status is defined by a minimum of 15 hours of lessons per week for 12 weeks of the year. There is no minimum or maximum age to order an ISIC card. Only certain benefits of the ISIC card may be restrictive depending on the age of the holder. Foreign students can buy their ISIC card in Morocco. The ISIC card is valid for a period of 12 months from the month of purchase. No complaint related to the validity dates of the ISIC card can be taken into account. To obtain the ISIC card, you must send or download: proof of your student status for the current school year, which must be a document issued by the teaching body (school certificate, letter from the school principal, Headmaster, etc.), your recent photo ID. The IYTC card is strictly reserved for the people below: You must be 35 or younger to purchase the IYTC Card. On your 36th birthday, you are no longer eligible to purchase the IYTC card. The IYTC card is valid for a period of 12 months from the month of purchase. To get the IYTC card, you need to send or upload: your recent photo ID. The ITIC card is strictly reserved for the people below: The ITIC card is valid for a period of 12 months from the month of purchase. To obtain the ITIC card, you must send or download: proof of your status as a teacher, teacher for the current school year, which must be a document from the teaching organization (letter from the director, headmaster, etc.), your recent photo ID. 8. Execution of the order After registration of the order, the card request will be processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). After validation, your Card will be issued digitally and you will receive an email sent to the email address provided when ordering indicating the terms and conditions for accessing it via the ISIC Global application. If the option to order a plastic card is offered and if you have done so, your card will be printed within 4 to 5 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after validation of the order, then sent by standard post to the address you have indicated (allow 7 to 10 working days). You are responsible for the data you enter on the card order form. This data entered is used directly to make your card. Any typing error, spelling error on the fields (Last name, First name, Date of birth, etc.) cannot be the responsibility of ESA and you cannot claim a new card production without paying the costs which amount to at least 50% of the sale price. In the event of unavailability of the ordered Product, the Consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the possibility of canceling his order. He will then have the choice of requesting reimbursement of the sums paid within thirty days of their payment at the latest. 11. Delivery If the option to order a plastic card is offered and if you have done so, the card is shipped to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process. The delivery address must be complete (name, address, entry code, floor). In the event of return of goods following an incomplete or erroneous address, the expenses of reforwarding will be invoiced to you. Any order that will be returned to us, and not claimed beyond three months from the day of receipt by our services, will be considered lost for the customer and definitively acquired by ESA. Shipping costs are included in the price. Standard shipments are made via the Moroccan post, with a delivery time of 7 (seven) to 10 (ten) working days. ESA will not be responsible in any case for the delay, loss or poor delivery of your order. 12. Method of payment To pay for your order, you choose the payment method among those offered by ESA on the payment page. Your online payments are secured by the Center Monétique Interbancaire (CMI), which offers a completely secure payment service. In this case, refunds will be made, minus a penalty of 50 Moroccan dirhams, within a period of less than or equal to 30 days. Reimbursement will be made by crediting your bank account for orders paid by credit card. 16. Right of withdrawal From the date of delivery of your order, you have a period of 7 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, and be fully reimbursed. The costs of returning the goods remain your responsibility. However, only goods returned in perfect condition, complete and in their original packaging (unopened) can be refunded.
