You have just connected to the website www.myisic.ma of the company 'Education Services Africa' (ESA), SARL with a capital of 50,000 Dirhams, registered in the commercial register of the Court of Casablanca under number RC 495083, whose head office is at Espace Porte d'Anfa, 3 rue Bab El Mansour, Casablanca.
You must carefully read the following provisions because they constitute a contact establishing the general conditions of the products and services of the electronic catalog of the ESA Company.
The "click" that you will execute after having completed your order form constitutes the validation of your order and will be worth irrevocable acceptance of these general conditions.
Consequently, you can only order products or services if you accept the conditions set out below.
1. Preamble
The following general conditions of sale govern all transactions established on the electronic catalog of ESA. Any order placed on this site implies the customer's unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.
2. Subject
This contract is a distance contract whose purpose is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of ESA's products on the Internet, through the secure online payment platform of the Interbank Payment Center.
The products ISIC (International Student Identity Card), ITIC (International Teacher Identity Card) and IYTC (International Youth Travel Card) represent a service and trademarks registered by the international association "ISIC Association" for which the company ESA has the rights to marketing for Morocco.
3. Definitions
In the rest of the contract, each of the expressions mentioned below will be understood within the meaning of its definition, namely:
"Distance contract": any contract concerning goods or services between the ESA Company and a Consumer within the framework of a system of sale or provision of services at a distance organized by the ESA Company which, for this contract, uses exclusively the Internet until the conclusion of the contract, including the conclusion of the contract itself.
·“Consumer”: any natural person who, in this contract, acts for purposes which do not fall within the scope of his professional activity.
· “Order form”: document which indicates the characteristics of the Products ordered by the Consumer and which must be signed by him by “double click” to commit him.
·“Order”: act by which the Consumer undertakes to purchase Products and the ESA Company to supply them to the “Consumer”.
4. Product
ESA reserves the right to withdraw an item from the catalog without notice.
It cannot under any circumstances be required to compensate or cancel an order following the impossibility of using the product purchased for a reason of incompatibility with the equipment already owned by the buyer.

6. Price
The prices mentioned in the catalog are indicated in Moroccan dirham including VAT, participation in processing and shipping costs included; they are valid at the time of their consultation by the customer and are those in force at the time of the order.
The order form and transactions are made in Moroccan dirham.
Any change in the VAT rate will automatically be reflected in the price of the products.
7.Eligibility
The ISIC card is strictly reserved for the people below:
All students, high school students, college students or people in full-time training can buy the ISIC card (according to the definition of the "Ministers of Education of the European UNESCO member states at their meeting in Vienna in November 1967"). According to these texts, full-time student status is defined by a minimum of 15 hours of lessons per week for 12 weeks of the year.
The minimum age is 12 and there is no maximum age. Only certain benefits of the ISIC card may be restrictive depending on the age of the holder. Foreign students can buy their ISIC card in Morocco.
The ISIC card is valid for a period of 12 months from the month of purchase. No complaint related to the validity dates of the ISIC card can be taken into account.
To obtain the ISIC card, you must send or download:
proof of your student status for the current school year, which must be a document issued by the teaching body (school certificate, letter from the school principal, Headmaster, etc.),
your recent photo ID.
The IYTC card is strictly reserved for the people below:
You must be 30 or younger to purchase the IYTC Card. On your 31st birthday, you are no longer eligible to purchase the IYTC card. The IYTC card is valid for a period of 12 months from the month of purchase.
To get the IYTC card, you need to send or upload:
your recent photo ID.
The ITIC card is strictly reserved for the people below:
The ITIC card is valid for a period of 12 months from the month of purchase.
To obtain the ITIC card, you must send or download:
proof of your status as a teacher, teacher for the current school year, which must be a document from the teaching organization (letter from the director, headmaster, etc.),
your recent photo ID.
8. Validation
When you click on the "Place order" button after the ordering process, you declare that you accept the order and all of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale fully and without reservation.
The data recorded by ESA constitutes proof of all transactions made on the sites and its customers.
The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
The ESA site confirms the acceptance of the order to the customer at the email address that the latter will have communicated.
ESA reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order or a problem of eligibility for the cards.
If you are a minor, you must be represented by your legal representative.
9.Declaration
You declare that the information provided is accurate and that you meet the eligibility requirements for ISIC, IYTC and ITIC cards.
For ISIC and ITIC, ESA may ask you to confirm your status if the documents provided are not sufficient and/or request confirmation from educational institutions.
The original of an identity document may be requested in store.
In the event of deception on your status, ESA may cancel your order with a penalty of 50 Moroccan dirhams per card and this situation may give rise to proceedings before the competent authorities.
10. Execution of the order
After registration of the order, the card request will be processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
After validation, your Card will be issued digitally and you will receive an email sent to the email address provided when ordering indicating the terms and conditions for accessing it via the ISIC Global application.
If you have also ordered a plastic card, your card will be printed within 4 to 5 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after validation of the order, then sent by standard post to the address you have indicated (allow 7 to 10 working days).
You are responsible for the data you enter on the card order form. This data entered is used directly to make your card. Any typing error, spelling error on the fields (Last name, First name, Date of birth, etc.) cannot be the responsibility of ESA and you cannot claim a new card production without paying the costs which amount to at least 50% of the sale price.
In the event of unavailability of the ordered Product, the Consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the possibility of canceling his order.
He will then have the choice of requesting reimbursement of the sums paid within thirty days of their payment at the latest.
11. Delivery
The card is shipped to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process.
The delivery address must be complete (name, address, entry code, floor). In the event of return of goods following an incomplete or erroneous address, the expenses of reforwarding will be invoiced to you.
Any order that will be returned to us, and not claimed beyond three months from the day of receipt by our services, will be considered lost for the customer and definitively acquired by ESA.
Shipping costs are included in the price.
Standard shipments are made via the Moroccan post, with a delivery time of 7 (seven) to 10 (ten) working days. ESA will not be responsible in any case for the delay, loss or poor delivery of your order.
12. Method of payment
To pay for your order, you choose the payment method among those offered by ESA on the payment page.
Your online payments are secured by the Center Monétique Interbancaire (CMI), which offers a completely secure payment service.
The Consumer guarantees the ESA Company that he has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment chosen by him, during the validation of the order.
In the event of payment by credit card, the provisions relating to the fraudulent use of the means of payment provided for in the agreements concluded between the Consumer and the issuer of the card and between the ESA Company and its banking establishment apply.
This online sales service has been declared to the CNDP under number D-CE-547/2022.
13. Data Privacy
The information requested from you is necessary to process your order and is treated confidentially.
In accordance with Law No. 09-08 promulgated by Dahir 1-09-15 of February 18, 2009, relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access and rectification of information concerning you, which you can exercise by sending an email to infos@isic.africa or by post to the following address: ESA, 3 rue Bab El Mansour, Imm C, 1st floor, BU n ° 3, Casablanca.
14.Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy; our privacy policy sets out how we collect, use and share information that identifies or relates to you (“personal data”).
14.1. Personal data processed
The personal data collected and processed by ESA are as follows: surname, first name, date of birth, e-mail, telephone, gender, photo ID, education certificate, order history, when applicable. For a plastic ISIC card purchase, we also ask you to provide us with a postal address for the shipping of these orders and for billing.
You can share information about our benefits on social networks (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), using the sharing buttons. We remind you that access to these social networks requires acceptance of their terms of use, regardless of our pages on said Social Networks. To find out more about the protection of your personal data when browsing these social networks, we invite you to consult their respective privacy policies.
14.2. Why and how do we collect your personal data?
ESA processes personal information in particular for the purpose mentioned below: to personalize and send an ISIC, IYTC or ITIC membership card in digital format (and plastic if requested) to allow members to access ISIC reductions anywhere in the world.
This processing has been declared to the CNDP under number DW-791/2021.
These Data are collected either on the basis of your consent, or are necessary for the execution of your orders (execution of a contract). This may include information you provide when you register to use the Site, fill out a form, correspond with us, make an ISIC card purchase, use discounts or subscribe to our newsletter.
We may also collect personal data about you from third parties such as educational institutions or partner banks providing the ISIC card to their students or customers. This may be combined with other information you provide to us, as described above. Each partner institution and bank of ESA is responsible for providing notice to its cardholders regarding the purposes for which it collects personal data and how such personal data is processed.
14.3. To whom are your personal data transmitted?
Your Data is processed by ESA. They will not be transferred or made accessible to any third party, subject to any subcontractors, for exclusively technical and logistical reasons, in particular:
The company GTS Alive in the Czech Republic, the purpose of which is to manage member data on behalf of the ESA Data Controller.
This transfer was declared to the CNDP under number TW-394/2021
The Global ISIC Association in Denmark whose purpose of processing is to enable ISIC, IYTC and ITIC members to be recognized as members and to have access to ISIC discounts worldwide.
This transfer was declared to the CNDP under number TW-203/2022
14.4. Your rights
You have the right to access and rectify your Data, as well as the right to request its erasure, to oppose its processing and to obtain its limitation or portability insofar as this is applies. The User has the option of completely refusing to provide us with personal information, in which case ESA may not be able to provide him with certain services, in particular the provision of the ISIC card.
These rights can be exercised directly with ESA by e-mail at infos@isic.africa or by post at the postal address: ESA, Espace Porte d'Anfa, 3 rue Bab El Mansour, ESA, 3 rue Bab El Mansour, Imm C, 1st floor, BU n° 3, Casablanca. A proof of identity must be provided.
In addition, you can at any time request to no longer receive our communications relating to our offers, news and events by using the hypertext link provided for this purpose in each email that we send to you.
14.5. Duration of retention of personal data
The ISIC card is valid for a period of 12 months from the month of purchase.
ESA retains the data needed to issue an ISIC card for 6 months after the expiry of the card. This data will then be automatically deleted.
A user can request the deletion of his personal data during the validity of his card. This will prevent him from using his ISIC card digitally and only on direct presentation.
15. Cancel an order paid by credit card
You cannot be reimbursed for your card order once it has been validated, manufactured and shipped by ESA.
We only reimburse orders made on the www.myisic.ma site that do not comply with the conditions of eligibility and allocation to the cards defined in article 7 above. In this case, refunds will be made, minus a penalty of 50 Moroccan dirhams, within a period of less than or equal to 30 days. Reimbursement will be made by crediting your bank account for orders paid by credit card.
16. Right of withdrawal
From the date of delivery of your order, you have a period of 7 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, and be fully reimbursed. The costs of returning the goods remain your responsibility. However, only goods returned in perfect condition, complete and in their original packaging (unopened) can be refunded.
The customer must send his request for the right of withdrawal by email to infos@isic.africa . Returns of goods must be made to the following address: ESA, 3 rue Bab El Mansour, Imm C, 1st floor, BU n° 3, Casablanca.
17. Warranty
All products sold on www.myisic.ma are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and material defects. The duration of this guarantee is at least one year (from the date of invoice). In the event of return of material proving to be non-defective, transport and handling costs may be invoiced to the customer. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse or negligence.
18. Proof of transactions paid by credit card
The data recorded by the CMI on the online payment platform on behalf of ESA constitutes proof of the commercial transactions between you and the ESA company.
19. Force majeure
ESA is only held to perform its obligations insofar as no event of force majeure comes to hinder them.
Applicable right
All the clauses appearing in these general conditions of sale will be subject to Moroccan law.
